By leveraging founder Ben Campbell’s expertise in enabling PEOs to self-insure in Texas, Ocean Wave Health will acquire existing PEOs and transition their health plans from fully insured to self-funded. This will empower the PEOs’ co-employed clients to customize coverage based on their workforce’s needs while achieving significant cost savings compared to fully insured plans.
